The hotel is well located (a little less than 1km to the center of the city), the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fine, not too fancy but good enough for starting the day full of energy. The staff is very kind and helpful, they make you feel at home. I really liked this hotel in Gramado.

The hotel made us feel at home even though most of us don't speak portuguese. They were awesome. Recommend it to anyone. Will stay there every time I'm in gramado. I was there with 20 undergraduate students and the staff was so helpful and looked out for my students.
